Demand Draft (DD) Charges in SBI, ICICI, Axis Bank, HDFC, Bank of Baroda
The charges for making a demand draft are usually not fixed and it differs from bank to bank. The charges also differs on the value of Demand Draft. In fact there are no standard charges for making a DD. Banks normally charge a variable fee of Rs. 1.5 to Rs. 4 per thousand along with GST.

Demand Draft Charges of SBI Bank
The Charges for Demand Draft of State Bank of India are as follows:

Yes you can, only If you have registered for net banking with your bank, you can easily apply for a DD online. You just need to login to your bank’s website and choose the option “Issue a Demand Draft”. This can easily be found under the “Payments and Transfers” menu.
The banks charge Rs. 200 + GST for this service. You need to submit a form and furnish the original DD for revalidation.
You can get a duplicate DD issued at a charge of Rs. 200 + GST. You will need to submit a copy of the DD, your ID, and a form to avail this service.

For Demand Drafts exceeding Rs. 50,000 the payment should be in the form of cheque only.
Providing your PAN No. is also necessary if the value of the DD is more than Rs. 50,000.
